Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in the creative industry. The creative industry requires high innovation and flexibility, so the role of leadership and organizational culture is key in creating a productive and adaptive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 120 employee respondents from various creative industry subsectors in major cities in Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and a strong organizational culture also contributes to significant performance improvements. The practical implications of this study provide recommendations for creative company management to strengthen transformational leadership styles and build an adaptive, collaborative, and innovative organizational culture.
